Is there a limit to the number of products I can choose for my offering?

Can I create my own storefront selling SocialConnect products?

For the moment, in order to keep our fulfillment centralized (easier logistics for SocialConnect) and also to speed up the go-to-market process for our influencers. Instead of you having to setup, learn and invest time and money. SocialConnect provides you with a dedicated influencer landing page. If you wish to personalize our standard free influencer page with custom UGC photos, custom text, reviews, etc we can provide this as an add-on service.

How does order fulfillment work with SocialConnect?

SocialConnect takes care of order fulfillment for you. Once a customer places an order, our system handles the processing and shipping, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process. This allows you to focus on shooting content, growing your brand and providing excellent customer service.

What happens when someone buys from you?

When a customer makes a purchase you will be sent an email notifying you of the purchase. You can also check your live dashboard for more extensive details on your sales that week, analytics, etc. Every Friday evening payments are made to our Influencers. Please remember to sign-up to our dashboard to track your sales and get paid

How does the sales process work with SocialConnect?

If you need our sales team, we can jump in on the Instagram DMs and sell the products to your followers/audience in a professional and comprehensive manner, we only need your introduction. We typically recommend this option for our influencers, as this saves you time (that you can invest in shooting more content) and we also have professional scripts that have been split-tested to increase the amount of revenue, like this both SocialConnect and you as the influencer make more profits from your follower base.
